He has 30 years of product engineering and time to market engineering
management experience, and a history of innovation. Mr. Post holds many patents
that contributed to the furtherance of space and biomedical instrumentation, radio
communications and radio frequency navigation. Mr. Post's published works
include the "Strategy For A National Command Architecture" and has been
recognized in other published works such as the Office of Science and Technology
Policy report (Nov 2000). As a founding trustee of the Partnership for Public
Warning, Mr. Post initiated an ongoing dialogue on Emergency Warning and
Mobilization that continues to engage public policy and industry discourse.
